Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are delivered within 2β3 business days across New Zealand. Orders are dispatched the same or next business day after payment is confirmed.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order: Standard delivery β $15 Β· Extra large items (e.g. solar panels) β $60 Β· Free collection from our Auckland North Shore workshop.
We offer flat-rate shipping across NZ. If you're based in Auckland and prefer to collect, free pickup is available from our North Shore workshop β just select collection at checkout and we'll be in touch to arrange it.
Currently we only ship within New Zealand. If you're based overseas and need a specific product, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day returns policy on most items. Items must be unused and in original condition, with original packaging intact, and the return requested within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging. Faulty items: Covered under the manufacturer's warranty (generally 1β5 years). Contact us with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos where possible. We'll liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf.
If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Once we receive your return and confirm the item is in original condition, refunds are processed within 3β5 business days back to your original payment method.
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened β including certain plumbing components and sanitation products. These will be clearly marked on the product page. If you're unsure, contact us before purchasing.
Orders
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery directly with the courier.
Contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled β but you can return it under our returns policy.
First check your tracking number from your dispatch email. If it shows delivered but you haven't received it, or if it's been more than 5 business days with no update, get in touch and we'll investigate straight away.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as other popular payment methods at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
Yes β all payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted payment system. We never store your card details and all transactions are SSL protected. You'll see the padlock icon in your browser confirming a secure connection.

Yes β through our sister business RVSR, we offer professional RV installations from our workshop in Bayswater, North Shore Auckland. We can also arrange to receive stock directly to our workshop. Enquire about installation β
Everything we stock is carefully selected with NZ use in mind. We only list products we'd confidently use ourselves or recommend to a mate β and we know NZ coastal conditions, roads, and weather well.
